Jan Westlund

Jan Westlund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting, solution architecture, and change management across the manufacturing, retail, and pharmacy sectors. Beginning a career at IFS as a Business Consultant and Solution Architect, Jan progressed through various roles at CGI, including Task Force Leader, Client Director, Service Delivery Manager, and Director Consulting Services. Responsibilities have ranged from leading change management programs to overseeing incident and problem management processes. Currently, Jan serves as Director Consulting Expert and Head of Retail Sales at CGI, focusing on strategic client relationships within the Retail and Consumer Services division. Jan holds a Master of Science in Logistics - Business Management and Logistics from The Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
