Janina Vehmaa

Janina Vehmaa is the Learning and Development Lead for CGI Finland, Poland, and the Baltics, where they focus on promoting skills development and continuous learning opportunities across a five-country region. They have experience in adult learning and training, as well as counseling work in both public and private sectors. Janina has held roles such as Electoral Officer with the Finnish Ministry of Justice and worked as a Social Services Counselor and Benefits Specialist in various organizations. They hold a Master of Science in Education and Adult Education from the University of Jyväskylä, along with several additional qualifications in adult education.
