Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at CACI International, specializing in training and support for Government Agency clients, and consulting roles at Distributed Solutions Inc and CGI-AMS, with a focus on Procurement and Business Analysis. Early career included a position as a Fraud Analyst at Circuit City. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Georgetown University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
