Jeff Richardson

Jeff "JR" Richardson is an accomplished professional in technology and business development with extensive experience spanning several organizations. Currently serving as the Director (DoD) for the Emerging Technology Practice at CGI since February 2014, Richardson has previously held executive roles including Chief Solutions Architect at General Dynamics Information Technology and Vice President Business Development / Chief Technology Officer at American Commercial Group, Inc. With a strong background in IT transformation, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity, Richardson has demonstrated proficiency in establishing key customer relationships and driving innovative solutions. Additionally, Richardson's experience encompasses significant leadership within proposal management and service support throughout various reputable companies. An educational foundation includes a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Phoenix University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
