Jennifer Wood is an experienced service designer with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various design roles. Currently serving as a Service Designer at CGI since January 2025, Jennifer previously held senior positions at TPXimpact and AND Digital, where impactful projects included enhancing digital strategies for the Department of Education and evolving service mindsets for organizations like Girlguiding and Defra. As Head of Service Design at 3Squared Ltd., Jennifer managed a multidisciplinary team and led significant projects for notable clients in the rail industry. Additional roles include Design Manager at BYG Systems Limited, Art Director at Futurate Ltd, and Creative Director at Web Marketplace Solutions. Jennifer began the career as an Art Director and Senior Design Consultant in various firms, contributing to award-winning digital experiences for major clients. An alumna of Parsons School of Design, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Graphic Design.
