Jenny Winter

Jenny Winter serves as a CGI Partner and Global Vice President of Enterprise Talent, Culture and Learning, leading a multinational team to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. With extensive experience in human resources, Jenny has held pivotal roles such as Vice President of Human Resources for CGI's Canada Strategic Business Unit and Chief People Officer at Capital One, focusing on organizational growth and talent development. Past positions include Director of Global Talent at CPP Investment Board and Head of Organizational Effectiveness at BT, demonstrating a strong track record in talent management and organizational development. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and has completed various executive programs, including HR Executive Program at Queen's University and The Judy Project at the Rotman School of Management.
