Jennyfer Mikponhou has a diverse background in IT project management, digital transformation, and customer experience across various sectors, including telecommunications, energy, transportation, insurance, and banking. They have held roles such as Consultante Chef de projet at Bouygues Telecom and Chef de projet MOA at Groupe SII, showcasing expertise in CRM and CCaaS solutions. Currently, Jennyfer serves as a Managing Consultant and Acting Consulting and Services Director at CGI, focusing on the deployment of a voice AI agent within a leading global insurance company. They hold engineering and management degrees from ESIGELEC and Grenoble Ecole de Management, respectively, and are active in mentoring through the 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥@𝐡𝐞𝐫 program.
