Jeremie Harroch has been a Director at CGI since September 2003, leading a team in support of applications related to Field, Dispatch, Service Assurance, and Activations. With a background as a Senior Consultant, Jeremie has managed Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies and was instrumental in a Continuous Service Improvement program, including assessments for High Availability/Disaster Recovery and infrastructure capacity. Previous roles include managing Field/Dispatch technologies and oversight of daily operations for Citrix and application performance monitoring tools. Additionally, Jeremie managed incidents for Telecom and Banking clients across Montreal and Bangalore. Earlier in the career, Jeremie gained experience as a Major Incident Manager at Convergia and performed programming in Visual Basic, Java, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP.
