Joan Halstead is the Director of Consulting at CGI, where they oversee bid strategies and proposal development. Since joining the company in 2005, they have held various roles in business development and project management, contributing significantly to the Healthcare Payer Practice. They played a key role in the successful modernization of Colorado's child welfare system and have extensive experience in IT and BPS consulting for healthcare fraud and payment recovery.
