Joana Azevedo is an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant with over 11 years in the field, specializing in Customer Service and Switching modules. Joana worked at CGI from 2008 to 2014, providing application maintenance and support for EDP – Electricity of Portugal. In 2014, Joana relocated to Mozambique to engage in a project with Vale Mozambique and later handled project management for Mozabanco’s Workflow Process implementation until 2016. Currently, Joana is involved in the JUMP Project at EDP Distribuição in Lisbon as an SAP consultant. Joana holds a degree in Information Management and a Post-Graduate degree in Analysis and Information Management from NOVA Information Management School.
