Joanna Fuertes

Joanna Fuertes is a Human Resources Business Partner at CGI with two decades of experience in the HR field. They have extensive knowledge in various HR processes including training, recruitment, and labor relations. Prior to joining CGI in 2017, Joanna served as a Human Resources Partner at IBM from 2009 to 2017, where they implemented global programs and developed retention plans. Joanna also held the role of HR Manager at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Phils., Inc. and Matrix Entertainment, Inc. in 2009. They earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology from De La Salle University.
