Joe Matthews

Joe Matthews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting services and program management, currently holding the position of Partner and Director of Consulting Services at CGI since October 2004. In this role, Joe leads the San Francisco Metro team and oversees a sales pipeline exceeding $1 billion across California, Arizona, and Hawaii, focusing on both commercial and public sector projects. Joe has successfully driven significant credit, collections, analytics, risk management, and outsourcing sales opportunities. Prior to CGI, Joe served as Senior Principal at American Management Systems, managing project teams and developing risk-based systems. Joe holds a degree from James Madison University.
