Joel Keränen is the Director of Consulting Services at CGI, specializing in the banking and financial services sectors. With a Master's degree in Economics majoring in business law from Aalto University and a strong academic background that includes additional studies at Fundação Getulio Vargas and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Joel has developed a proven track record in managing complex outsourcing deals and service/project deliveries. Previous roles include positions as a Treasury Trainee at Yle, a Commercial Trainee, and a Pricing Analyst at CGI, as well as serving as a Service Delivery Manager and Senior Consultant. Currently, Joel leads a competence center of Service Designers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, focusing on advancing digital channels and integration services.
