John Philliban

John Philliban is an experienced director with a robust background in military service and cyber security. Serving as a Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Director at the Academy of Cyber Security from 2019 to 2020, they contributed to the strategic direction and management mentoring within a notable training program. Following this, John held an advisory role at Capslock from 2020 to 2023, and previously led several significant positions, including Commanding Officer of the 90 Signals Unit and Chief of Staff at the Joint Forces Intelligence Group. Currently, John works in Strategy & Public Affairs at CGI, focusing on Space, Defence, and Intelligence. They also participated as Senior Directing Staff at the Royal College of Defence Studies from 2017 to 2021, influencing high-ranking military education.
