Jon Brooks

Jon Brooks is an Account Director at CGI, where they manage gas distribution clients within the Energy & Utilities sector. With extensive experience in IT outsourcing and BPO, Jon has held various roles at CGI since 2012, including Business Architect and Deal Architect. They were recognized as a Founding Fellow of the National Outsourcing Association for their contributions to the field. Jon also earned a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire and completed a Diploma in Strategic Global Outsourcing with Distinction from Middlesex University, where they were shortlisted for the NOA Academic Achievement of the Year Award.
