Jonathan M. has extensive experience in security and regulatory roles, beginning as a Security Analyst at Shop Direct and later at the City of London Police, where expertise in fraud detection methodologies was developed. From August 2015 to April 2016, Jonathan worked as a Security Analyst at The Co-operative Bank plc, focusing on fraud mitigation and financial crime risk management. Following this, a significant tenure at the Office for Nuclear Regulation as a Civil Nuclear Security & Safeguards Inspector was marked by overseeing compliance inspections on UK Nuclear Licensed sites from May 2016 to May 2023. Currently, Jonathan serves as a Director & Co-Founder of McGurgan Family Holdings Limited and as a Director at Insightia Property Acquisitions Limited. In addition, Jonathan works as a Cyber Security Senior Consultant at CGI, advising organizations within the UK's Critical National Infrastructure on navigating cyber security regulations, and previously held a role as Regulatory Security Assurance Principal at Ofgem. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Liverpool John Moores University.
