Josh Painter is an ITSM Consultant with a background in leadership roles, progressing from a Tech Support Engineer to a Management position within service desks at MSPs. They previously served as a Help Desk Manager at inspHire Software and held various roles at Jigsaw24, including SME Operations Lead and 2nd Line Media & Entertainment Engineer. Currently, Josh works as an ITSM/ITIL Management Consultant at BJSS and leads teams at CGI, focusing on operational excellence, automation, and people development. They hold a BSc in Information and Communications from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
