Kari Martelius

Kari Martelius is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including central government, banking, and consumer services. Currently serving as Vice President at CGI since January 2016, Kari oversees Finnish clients in the Retail and Consumer Services industry, leading a team of over 100 professionals across Finland, Estonia, and India. Prior to CGI, Kari held multiple leadership positions at OpusCapita Group Oy from February 2009 to December 2015, managing global professional services and strategic offerings. Kari also worked at TietoEnator, where responsibilities included P&L management for a business unit focused on customer-specific software development. Kari holds an M.Sc. in Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu and an eMBA in Business Management from the Turku School of Economics.
