Katherine Comunale

Katherine Comunale has a diverse background in security services and management, with significant experience in both leadership and operational roles. From 1995 to 2000, Katherine served as Development Lead at Systemhouse. After a short tenure at Eftia OSS Solutions where various management positions were held, Katherine joined CGI in 2008 as Lead Client Service Manager, then progressed to Director of Managed Security Services from 2014 to 2020. In this role within CGI's Canadian Managed Security Services Centre of Excellence, responsibilities included client transitions, service evolution, and ensuring operational success as NCR Operations Director. Katherine also contributed to client relationship management and service standardization within the Managed Security Services team.
