Katie Richardson is a Learning & Development Partner with over a decade of experience in designing and delivering impactful programs. They have a strong background in engaging facilitation, curriculum design, and program strategy, having previously served as an English Language Arts Teacher for the Coffee County School System. Currently, as a Senior Consultant at CGI, Katie manages new programs and advises executives on facilitation excellence. They are pursuing an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from The University of West Alabama, having already earned a Master of Education in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in English from Troy University.
