Kelly Blackman

Kelly Blackman is a seasoned Senior Project and Portfolio Manager currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at CGI. With 25 years of experience in the implementation of Child Support and Child Welfare systems across various state and local agencies, they have expertly managed complex IT projects from design to deployment while adhering to ISO9001 standards and PMI practices. Prior to their role at CGI, Kelly built a robust foundation in IT and project management, holding positions including Operations Manager at United Savings Bank and Network Administrator at the State of California Public Employees. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento.
