Kerry Hudson

Kerry Hudson is the Career Development Lead at CGI, where they focus on career development and early careers recruitment for the Space Defence and Intelligence Business Unit. Their career began in Financial Services as a Treasury Service Specialist, but a desire to shift to People Management led them to roles such as HR Consultant and Lead People Manager. At CGI, Kerry manages the Student Kickstart Initiative and collaborates on various development programs while also leading STEM initiatives to inspire local schools. They are the co-chair of the CGI Uniformed Services network, advocating for the organization as a forces-friendly workplace. With strong communication and influencing skills, Kerry prioritizes fostering the best in people.
