Kevin Linder

Kevin Linder is CGI’s investor relations leader, responsible for sharing the company’s strategy and performance and managing relationships with shareholders and the equity research community. In addition, Kevin leads CGI’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, which includes embedding ESG priorities and measures into day-to-day business practices around the world.

Reporting to President & CEO George D. Schindler, Kevin is an experienced finance leader within the professional services industry, having led numerous positions at the corporate and operational levels throughout his career. His depth and breadth of operational experience and knowledge provides CGI’s investment community with a seasoned expert who provides real-time business context and information.

Reporting into CGI’s head office in Montreal from 2019-2022, Kevin led CGI’s finance and treasury function. Prior to this, he was Corporate Controller for five years. In 2013, on special assignment, he was in Europe for a year to support the successful integration of Logica, which doubled the size of CGI at that time.

Since joining CGI in 1997, Kevin has led numerous functions and initiatives, providing key financial expertise to support the company’s growth. He began as a finance business partner for CGI’s Canada operations and then moved into a corporate role to lead CGI’s internal and external regulatory reporting. He also has participated in significant financial transformation projects at CGI, from ERP and intelligent automation enhancements to the implementation of various standards including Sarbanes-Oxley and IFRS.

Kevin is a Chartered Professional Accountant and started his career with Deloitte after receiving a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina.
