Khaing Sein is an accomplished Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in large, diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting Delivery at CGI, Khaing possesses extensive expertise in Project, Program, and Operations Management, specifically within the context of U.S. immigration laws and visa outsourcing operations. Khaing's past roles include Non-Immigrant Visa Supervisor at the United States Embassy in Singapore and Deputy Program Manager at CGI, where they managed complex international programs. With specialized knowledge of the Southeast Asia region, Khaing effectively liaises with multicultural stakeholders to ensure operational success across global initiatives. Khaing holds a Master’s degree from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon.
