Khalil Nasiri

Khalil Nasiri is an experienced ethics and compliance professional with a robust background in managing ethics programs within global organizations. Currently serving as an Ethics Compliance Manager at CGI since February 2022, Khalil previously held the position of Senior Manager, Ethics and Compliance at Serco from June 2006 to April 2021, overseeing the ethics and compliance program for the North American division and reporting directly to key stakeholders, including the General Counsel and the Board of Directors. Khalil's career includes roles such as Senior Analyst and Legal Supervisor at Serco, and prior experience as a Contract Attorney at White & Case, LLP, and Dickstein, Shapiro, Morin & Oshinsky, where Khalil contributed to high-stakes legal matters and complex litigation. Khalil also served as a Legal Research Associate at the Johns Hopkins University Foreign Policy Institute, focusing on international law and human rights. Khalil holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Le Moyne College.
