Leonidas Triantafilou

Leonidas Triantafilou is a Manager at CGI, bringing extensive experience in team leadership and technical training. Previously, Leonidas served as a Team Leader and a Quality Control Manager, where they managed large teams to ensure high-quality customer service and effective problem resolution. They also worked as a Technical Trainer, coaching agents on technical aspects and maintaining training documentation. Leonidas holds an A.E.C. in Micro Computers & Networking from Herzing College, completed in 2002.
