Lesley-Ann Black

Lesley-Ann Black, PhD, is a senior consultant and partner with expertise in user research and service design. They served as a senior service designer at NHS Digital from 2021 to 2022 and are currently a senior user researcher at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, as well as a senior consultant at CGI since 2025. Previously, Lesley-Ann was a parliamentary researcher focused on health from 2010 to 2021 and led user research at the Parliamentary Digital Service from 2022 to 2023. Their educational background includes multiple degrees from Ulster University, Queen's University Belfast, and the University of Indianapolis, with a focus on art and design, computing, law, and medical informatics.
