Liane Duck

Liane Duck is a passionate and driven Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in the telecom industry. At AT&T from 2007 to 2018, Liane held multiple roles, including Senior Project Program Manager and Lead Product Marketing Manager, where they led initiatives to manage compliance and subscriber growth under the Affordable Connectivity Program. Currently, Liane serves as a Technical Program Manager at CGI and is Director of Customer Experience at Excess Telecom, while pursuing further education at Southeast Missouri State University from 2024 to 2026. Known for bridging business and technology, Liane excels in implementing large-scale initiatives in complex environments.
