Liisa Abel

Liisa Abel is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Director of Consulting Services: Justice and Public Safety at CGI. Liisa previously held the role of adviser for the Public Order and Criminal Policy Department at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior from 2016 to 2022, where they focused on strategic and legislative advancements in law enforcement policy. They also taught various law subjects at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences between 2013 and 2022 and served as a board member for the Law Faculty at the University of Tartu. Currently pursuing multiple degrees in law and economics, Liisa is an enthusiastic guest lecturer and artificial intelligence advocate.
