Luc Poirier

Luc Poirier is an experienced professional in IT and consulting, currently serving as Director, Consulting Expert at CGI since February 2021, focusing on digital transformations and Cloud enablement strategies for National Capital Region Enterprise clients. Previously, Poirier was President of IDS Systems from March 2017 to January 2021, where significant transformations were made, including a shift to Managed Services and a successful rebranding initiative. With a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and software engineering, Poirier held various leadership roles at CSC from 2002 to 2017, overseeing large teams and delivering integrated systems and services. Poirier began the career at Nortel Networks in engineering roles after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.
