Lynne Bilinsky is currently the Director of Operations and PMO for GTA at CGI, a position they held since 2018. Previously, Lynne worked at Foresters from 1985 to 1997, where they held various technical roles including Application Services Manager and Project Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brock University between 1982 and 1985.
