Marc Balleux is the Director of the Global Service Delivery Center at CGI and has over 25 years of experience in information technology, including 20 years in management and project leadership roles. Marc leads a team of 30 specialists in Agile system delivery and quality assurance, while also providing strategic consulting and project portfolio management. Prior to joining CGI in 2017, Marc held several significant positions, including Director of Project Office at Nurun Services and Associate Director of Project Management at Fujitsu Canada. They have a background in various industries such as insurance, healthcare, and government, and have been involved in major organizational transformations and digital transitions. Marc holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Université de Sherbrooke and is currently pursuing further studies in management and human resources at Université Laval.
