Marianne Bailey

Marianne Bailey is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in both government and private sectors. Currently serving as a Board Director for CGI since April 2025 and in executive advisory roles at Everfox and Cohesity, Marianne has previously held significant positions including Cybersecurity Leader at Guidehouse and Deputy National Manager for US National Security Systems at the National Security Agency. Notable past roles also encompass Principal Director at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Deputy Director for Cybersecurity Engineering at the National Security Agency. Marianne's educational background includes a Master of Science in National Security and Economics from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland.
