With a passion for nurturing talent, Mark has successfully contributed to the career journeys of over 1000 individuals during their tenure, implementing innovative recruitment strategies and assessment techniques. Prior to CGI, Mark held various roles including Recruitment Consultant at Stratum Search & Selection Limited and Sales Manager at Comms Direct (sales) Ltd. They earned a BA honours in Retail Management from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff.
