Mark Fantozzi

Mark Fantozzi is currently the Vice President Consulting Expert at CGI, where they leverage over 30 years of experience in healthcare, finance, and state government to lead complex system transformations and change management initiatives. Previously, Mark held various leadership positions, including Practice Director at Rapidigm and CTO at Klear Blue Corp., where they focused on service management and network security, respectively. Mark has also co-founded and served as Managing Principal Consultant at Appia Incorporated, contributing significantly to ITIL and service management implementations. They earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and are currently pursuing additional education at Duquesne University.
