Mark has held various leadership roles, including Service Delivery Director at ECSC Group plc and Service Delivery Manager at SCC, and is currently the Director of Business Consulting at CGI. They possess strong expertise in service design and project management, with a focus on customer journey design and transition management. Mark earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of the West of England.
