Mark Vencil

Mark Vencil has a diverse background in finance and strategic consulting, with experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Beginning as a consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services from 1999 to 2003, Mark contributed to the development of B2B portals and CRM applications. Subsequent positions included internships at AIC Ventures and Mosaic Development LP, a real estate credit banking role at JPMorgan Chase, and managerial roles in finance and land development at Centex Homes and Meritage Homes. Mark served as a project manager for Hines and transitioned to a corporate finance role at BMC Software from 2012 to April 2019. Currently, Mark holds the position of Intellectual Property Strategy and Governance Director at CGI since April 2019. Mark is also a board member of Skills For Living, Inc., a non-profit focused on financial literacy. Academic credentials include an MBA in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and Trinity University, alongside a BS in finance and studies in Spanish language and literature.
