Marlène Deroy-Amos is a seasoned Incident Manager with over 10 years of experience, specializing in customer service and management. They have held various roles, including Supervisor at Alarmes API and Major Incident Manager at CGI, where they demonstrated their ability to handle high-severity IT incidents.
