Martin Beaumier

Martin Beaumier is an accomplished organizational psychologist with nearly 25 years of experience in change management and organizational development. They hold a Master's degree in Organizational Development Psychology from the Université de Sherbrooke and are a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. Currently serving as a Senior Director and Change Management Expert at CGI, Martin contributes to the management committee of the Change Management Center of Excellence and advises on strategic change initiatives across various sectors. Their extensive background includes roles in higher education and corporate consulting, where they have led change management strategies and trained professionals in key areas such as emotional intelligence and workplace psychology.
