Mary Hendricks

Mary Hendricks, PMP, is the Director of Service Delivery at CGI, where they have held various roles including Project Manager and Project Control Officer. Previously, Mary worked as a Customer Sales Representative at The Beer Store and as a Customer Service Associate at Watch Station International. They also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and in program development. Mary earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and Business with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Waterloo.
