They have held significant leadership roles at companies such as Wipro Limited, where Mathew led teams of over 80 sourcing executives and was responsible for the hiring of thousands. They are currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at CGI and previously served as Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Happiest Minds Technologies. Mathew's educational background includes a PGDM in Information Technology from Amity Business School Noida and a B.Com (Hons) in Finance & Accounting from Utkal University.
