Mathilde Fouillard

Mathilde Fouillard is currently the Legal Director at CGI, where they lead a team of legal professionals and oversee contract management and compliance issues across various sectors, including Public Sector and Transport. Having previously held roles such as Legal Manager and Senior Legal Counsel at CGI, Mathilde gained extensive experience in contract negotiation and intellectual property law. Mathilde's legal career began with internships at prestigious organizations, including Microsoft France and TEN France Law Firm, and they have a strong academic background, holding multiple degrees in law from Université de Poitiers. Mathilde completed an exchange program at the University of Adelaide, earning a high distinction in law.
