Matin Salali is currently the Lead User Researcher at CGI, where they lead the user research capability within the government business unit, focusing on capability development and client delivery. Previously, Matin held positions as a Senior User Researcher at the National Cyber Security Centre and as a User Researcher at various organizations, including HM Revenue & Customs and Sage, where they established user research practices and mentored junior staff. Matin graduated with a first-class degree in Computer Science from Northumbria University and contributed to artificial intelligence research as a research assistant during their studies.
