Matthew Baughman

Matthew Baughman is an experienced recruiter currently working at CGI since June 2025, having previously held the role of Corporate Recruiter at Aeyon from July 2022 to June 2025. Prior military experience includes serving as an Air and Missile Defense Operations Officer at U.S. Army Central from August 2024 to May 2025 and as a USMEPCOM Operations Officer in the US Army from October 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing operations at a Department of Defense Military Entrance Processing Station. Matthew also served as an Army Air Defense Liaison Officer in the Army National Guard from October 2019 to October 2020. Education includes a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
