Maxime Bonnet

Maxime Bonnet is an Agile Coach with 15 years of experience and a strong belief that agility is more than a process change; it embodies a new cultural model centered on human values. They have specialized in coaching managers for over 18 years, facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions, while also serving as a speaker at various Agile conferences in France and Switzerland. Currently, Maxime works as a Coach Agile at Groupama, where they implement Agile practices and facilitate workshops to enhance collaboration. They have previously contributed to Agile transformations for companies such as SNCF and Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services. Maxime holds an engineering degree in computer science from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes and a Master of Science from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
