Maxine Bulmer

Maxine Bulmer is the Vice-President of Consulting Delivery in Cyber Security at CGI, drawing on over 20 years of experience in information security. In the Cyber Security sector within the Space, Defence, and Intelligence Business Unit, Maxine leads the Cyber Consulting Engineering team and has spearheaded initiatives like CGI Cyber Escape to enhance cyber security awareness. A passionate advocate for women in STEM and technology, Maxine contributes as a council member of CGI's Women’s Network and supports local technical college students in their career development. Previously, Maxine held positions such as Business Stream Leader at Logica and Security/Business Continuity Team Leader at HM Revenue & Customs, where they managed various security initiatives and workshops. Maxine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Staffordshire University.
