Merlyn Dynatious

Merlyn Dynatious is a Director of Human Resources based in Toronto, Canada, currently leading the Human Resources Business Partner team for the Financial Services business unit at CGI. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and development, Merlyn previously served as Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition for State Street and held multiple HR leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, including Associate Vice President. Merlyn also has a background in customer service management from Standard Chartered Bank and Transworld ICT Solutions. Currently, Merlyn is pursuing an education in Women in Leadership at the Indian School of Business and has a degree in Science from Bangalore University.
