Michael Ding

Michael Ding is an experienced professional in IT project management and service delivery, currently serving as a Director at CGI since November 2022. From June 2008 to February 2022, Michael held various leadership roles at operational services GmbH & Co. KG, including Fachgebietsleiter and Standortleiter, where responsibilities encompassed managing a global department, overseeing personnel and profitability, and building service structures based on ITIL methodologies. Additionally, Michael established a worldwide services project for Volkswagen in the Sales/Aftersales sector and has held positions focused on IT project management and system engineering at gedas deutschland and Volkswagen OTLG. Michael holds a degree from the University of Hamburg, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
