Michael McGowan is the Vice President of Consulting Delivery at CGI, overseeing the Private Sector across Scotland. Previously, Michael held roles such as Delivery Manager at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency and Test Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they managed large-scale transformation and migration projects. With extensive experience in software testing, quality assurance, and agile methodologies, Michael has contributed to various sectors including financial services and government. Michael earned a BSc in Multimedia Technology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
