Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles, including Director of Consulting and Senior Consultant, managing significant service delivery and operational projects, particularly within healthcare sectors. Prior to CGI, Michelle worked at Xerox and ACS Healthcare Provider Solutions, focusing on health insurance exchanges, program management, and operational efficiency initiatives that achieved substantial cost savings. Michelle's career is marked by leadership in enhancing organizational performance and client service delivery across various healthcare-related programs. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Tallahassee State College.
